Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor the time and energy that goes into each session, LGHTTouch maintains the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 48-72 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full service fee (100%) and are non-refundable. Rescheduling more than 72 hours in advance may be done at no additional charge. All fees are applied automatically to the card on file at the time of booking.
